工作职责：
1) Work closely with module to monitor inline lot movement to resolve line issues or to ensure that there is no process issues with lot.
2) Resolve all process integration issues by ensuring all window checks are done on critical process steps.
3) Maintain good Cpk for ET and monitor inline SPC (Statistical Process Control) parameters for assigned process.
4) Identify and correct all ET related problems that may affect seamless production.
5) Work with Customer Engineering (CE) Department to resolve customer complaints and provide customers with required information. With the help of CE, identify and get appropriate information from the customer.
6) Run a minimum number of lots to identify yield entitlement and set preliminary achievable yield targets.
7) Correlate ET to sort yield and identify parameters that are sensitive to yield.
8) Run prototype lots on new processes as defined by the scope of the group right from tapeout to sort.
9) Write prototype lot report for every new device.
10) Ensure all runsheets are "production worthy", no process SPSRs or TECNs.
11) To prepare proper transfer documents for Yield Engineering.
12) Perform low yield analysis on prototypes if needed.
13) Run DOE to optimize process integration and to determine the process specifications.
14) Develop custom or derivative processes to customer.
职位要求：
1) Phd / Masters / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering or Physics.
2) At least 1 years' relevant fab experience.
3) Strong understanding of device physics (VLSI), process knowledge and SPC.
4) Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5) Good analytical and presentation skills
