职位描述: A famous JV fund management company is looking for:
Position: Customer Service Assistant/Executive
Responsibilities:
1. To deliver and maintain a high standard service to (potential) customers, understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions;
2. To handle customer’s complains properly and skillfully;
3. To maintain timely data entry regarding fund subscription and redemption;
4. To support direct sales by cross selling through telephone;
5. To answer customer’s enquiries via telephone.
Requirements:
1. Diploma degree or above;
2. 1+year customer service experience in financial and relevant industry is preferred(Execellent fresh graduate can be consider);
3. Fluent in both English(oral and written) and Shanghai Dialect
4. Good communication skills;
5. Fund Qualification License holder is preferred;
6. Proactive and be able to work under pressure and multi-task;
7. Basic PC skills;
8. Shanghai native.

任职要求:
1.大学专科以上学历;
2.有金融或相关行业一年以上客服经验者优先(优秀应届毕业生可考虑);
3.能说流利的英语和上海话;
4.具有良好的沟通能力及;
5.具备基金从业资格者优先;
6.承压能力强,能够同时处理多项任务;
7.计算机操作熟练;
8.上海本地人。
