TITLE: CMS Program Intern

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position provides administrative and operational support for Compact Machine Solutions Program Team.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

CMS Program Intern will be located in Shanghai.
Responsibilities include:
Reporting and Tracking.
Support CMS Program Team on daily documentations including monthly report, expense submission, and information consolidations, documents filing and archiving;
Design & work out report creatively by ppt and excel files.
Administration and Logistics. Assist on logistic preparation for team’s administrative work: such as team meeting, team building, stationary, training result consolidation or magazine subscription, conference call setup etc.
General Support. By project, support team’s other functions on events when lack of resources such as: receptions, binders, logistic arrangement on van booking and hotel accommodations etc. Even sometimes, it requires to be on site support.
Coordination. Coordinate with other teams on data collection.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in major of Automation, Engineering, Computer Engineering. Master degree candidate preferred. Must be capable of reading, writing, and speaking English and Mandarin.
