- Responsiblities:
1. Assist Consultant to search potential candidates and finish sales target as company requirement.
2. Collect and analyse the talent market information in the target industry, capable of screening potential candidates according to client's job requirement and market situation.
3. With certain sense of judgment to identify the target talents. Carry out the candidate evaluation via every possible ways like resume study, interview and reference check etc.
4. Able to provide good presentation about the client and the job to attract the suitable candidates, and built up good image of the company and yourself. Keep effective contact with the candidates.
Requirements:
1. Excellent English in both spoken and written. Good communication skills.
2. Work with passion and never give up.
3. Work hard and can take pressure.
4. Smart.
5. Will to learn and progress.
职位描述:
1.协助顾问寻找合适的候选人，并一起完成每年的业绩指标。
2.了解本人所负责的行业的人才状况，能够根据行业状况和客户公司状况，能较准确地判断客户职位所要求的人才质量。
3.有一定的判断/识别能力，能够判断有可能符合客户职位要求的候选人群，能够通过阅读简历，与候选人交谈，和进行背景调查收集真实有用的信息。
4.能在较短时间内建立候选人对新职位的兴趣，展现公司和本人的专业形象，并与其保持紧密联系。
要求:
1.优秀的英语口语和书写能力，良好的沟通技巧。
2.工作有热情,遇上困难不会轻易放弃。
3.工作刻苦,能在压力下工作。
4.头脑敏捷。
5.愿意不断学习及进取。
