职位描述：
Responsibility:
1.Provide sales and administrative support to business director and sales managers (Alex Chong and Jim Wei)
2.Act as key communication linkage between all technical services in the field and sales management in Specialty Coatings.
3.implement and track reports within Specialty Coatings with support of business director
4.Translation of reports and critical documents
5.Secretarial support to Sales team – travel arrangement, fax, letters, expense report, mails, project tracking etc.
6.Web based customer / industry information search and report. Keep track and report of major industry events.
Qualifications
1.Fresh college graduate, willing to learn.
2.English – both written and oral
3.MS office proficiency
4.Detail-oriented and responsible, Self-motivated and a self starter
