Key Responsibilities:
Act as Company's operations leader to deliver the execution for Company’s promotions activities, including in-store promotion, sampling, out-door event etc.
Overall owner of promotional service and material in terms of system building, process development, project delivery, performance and payment verification
Build agencies/suppliers'capability
To be marketing expert to create/deliver best consumer value
Provide basic promotion training to key customers
Qualifications Needed:
College or Bachelor degree
Strong leadership and ownership
Strong communication, follow-through and problem solving skills
Good command of English is required (both oral and written)
Competent user of Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint etc.
With working experience in 市场策划 is mandatory
Shanghai resident is preferred
