现招聘MEMS工程师，负责MEMS器件的设计，改进，和生产。要求：
1．有在半导体或MEMS工艺线上的实际经验，对工艺和仪器有广泛深入的知识。
2．对MEMS器件有较深入的理论知识。
3．人品好，踏实，勤奋，动手能力强，善于学习，善于和人打交道。

Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for the process development of 
optical MEMS sensors. You will be expected to identify problems and 
solutions, and implement these solutions independently. 

Requirements: 
?   Develop manufacturable processes for MEMS sensors. 
?   Work with testing group to achieve performance and reliability 
requirements. 
?   Work with vendors and foundries to drive the technology to production. 

Qualification:
?   MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechanical 
Engineering or related engineering discipline. 
?   Experience in MEMS or IC fabrication and characterization, general 
cleanroom experience. Knowledge in MEMS packaging. 
?   Experience in MEMS modeling is a plus. 
?   Excellent problem solving skills. Must be hands-on. 
?   Self-motivated. Enjoy working in a multidisciplinary, team, and 
entrepreneurial environment.
