无论是对于运用模板，还是建立全新的网页，候选人都要对制作的全过程有丰富的经验
能够处理高清晰的图像
有经验设计和更新建立在Ruby on Rails基础之上的网页
必须对于利用不同付款模式的商业网站有所认识
有很好的沟通能力以保持和公司总项目进度的一致性
能够同时进行多项工作，并且能够分清工作的主次使工作得以顺利进行
能够理解和遵照上级的指示
工作过程中必须能够接受建设性的意见
是一个团队合作者
作品要具有原创性
可以熟练的操作或改进现存的设计品
英语四级以上（包括四级），英语流利将会作为一个优势，作为招聘的考虑因素

Must have extensive experience in building websites from start to finish using both templates as well as creating new websites from the beginning.
Be able to work with very high resolution graphics.
Experience in designing and maintaining Ruby on Rails infrastructure based websites.
Must have a good understanding of commerce based websites utilizing different payment methods.
Have good communication skills to keep management aware of project status.
Be able to multi-task and prioritize work flow.
Must be able to take direction from management.
Must be able to take critique as constructive criticism.
Must be a team player.
Must be able to meet project deadlines.
English speaking is a benefit and will be awarded as such.
Be able to supply an extensive portfolio of the work that you have done in the past.
