Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Research on MIMO-OFDM;
* Proposals for 3GPP and provision of some new ideas;
* Taking part in technical discussions of project.

Job Requirements:

* Students pursuing a Ms in Electronic Engineering or a related field; PhD is
preferred;
* Good knowledge of Wireless Communication;
* Advantage given to those who are knowledgeable in MIMO, OFDM, Coding or Mult
i-user detection;
* Familiar with L1 specifications of 3GPP;
* Experienced in programming with Matlab m language;
* At least four full days in lab per week;
* One year contract on the average, at least half-year long;
* Hard working, good problem-solving ability.

1. 通信专业硕士研究生, 博士优先，具有良好的无线通信基础知识；
2. 具有MIMO、OFDM、Coding或 Multi-user detection背景知识的将优先考虑；
3. 熟悉3GPP 无线通信系统物理层协议；
4. 熟练掌握Matlab .m语言编程技巧；

其他要求：
1. 每周一到周五至少四个全天在本实验室工作；
2. 合同期一般签一年，至少为半年。
