职位描述: Responsibilities
The Administrative Clerk / Receptionist will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including the reception and greeting of visitors to our facility. The job requires an enthusiastic attitude, a willingness to learn and do anything required to support a small and rapidly growing office and manufacturing site, and a positive outlook.
The primary job responsibilities will include:
General administrative support, such as faxing, mailing, and filing, for our facility
Ordering of miscellaneous supplies, including printer supplies, stationary, general food items, and other items for the office
Coordination of transportation arrangements and other travel support
Scheduling of meal service for the facility
Communication with various external support persons, such as IT contractors, building maintenance support persons, and others
Reception of visitors to our facility, and dispatch of incoming telephone calls
Receiving of small items and mailings to the facility
Other administrative support tasks as required
This job MAY offer the opportunity for contribution in the following areas, for those willing and interested in learning:
Miscellaneous import / export transaction coordination
Purchasing of MRO (expense) items for the plant using Oracle
Qualifications:
This is an entry level position, but preference will be given to individuals with some experience in administrative support
A college degree is desired, but not required
Skills with general computer use and office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, are required
Good written and verbal English communication skills are required
