Job Title: Administrative Secretary
Job Description:
1. Administrative assist to the management team staff:
a) Makes travel and accommodation arrangements, such as visa application (insurance for oversea travel), booking air tickets, hotel reservations;
b) Provides professional support to the visitors and customers. Makes invitation letter, makes the hotel reservations and transportation arrangements;
c) Assistant to claim the expenses and compile expenses report;
d) Demonstrates accurate and well-organized computer skills. Prepares PowerPoint presentations, Work Documents, and Excel spreadsheet.
2. Co-ordinates periodic board meetings, all employee meetings, and other meetings hosted by the management team；
3. Filling the company’s important documents:
a) Board Meeting presentations, Board Resolutions, and Meeting Minutes;
b) Company contracts and agreements;
c) Renew Company Business Licenses.
4. Maintains calendar, schedules appointments. Regularly check the meeting rooms and keep clean, tidy and the electronic devices working well;
5. Operates office equipments such as photocopiers; coordinates the servicing of equipment;
6. Set up conference calls for employees;
7. Assistant to apply the visas for other employees.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree, majored in administration management;
2. At least 2 year relevant working experience;
3. Good time management;
4. Excellent English communication skill.
