职位描述：
Responsibilities
Provide technical services to EVS internal staff, mainly including real-time solution and pointing staff to a self-help solution. Need to provide consistent levels of service globally for all IT-standard desktop products and designated business applications.
Work Deliverables
1.Will resolve remote access issues, printing issues, and network connectivity issues
2.Will Provide frontline application support to the Company's designated IT applications
3.Will log all work and service into the Company's case handling application and process
4.Will answer questions and resolve problems related to standard desktop applications
5.MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Requirements
Good English written and oral communication skills required.
Self-motivated, adaptable, calm under pressure
Good service attitude;
Good knowledge of PC hardware & software installation and troubleshooting.
Familiar with Active Directory.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
Helpdesk related working experiences in multinational companies preferred.
Knowledge of Windows 2000/XP based configuration and administration preferred.
Knowledge of web development skills would be an advantage
Fresh graduates preferred.
Holder of MCSE/CCNA preferred
