职位描述：
Duties:
Develops test programs and hardware including ordering spare parts, probe cards, etc.;
Verifies and analyzes abnormal products and any production test issues of relevant products, testers and test hardware;
Characterizes linear and analog IC;
Manages test programs, hardware and test technicians.;
Supports product qualification/ reliability experiment, new test equipment set up, returned devices failure analysis and training test technicians and operators.
Qualification/Skills:
University degree in electronic/electric/automation engineering
Familiar with electronic circuits, IC test methodology, test program, schematic/PCB tool, English and Microsoft Office; More than one year IC test development experiences; Strong analytical and problem solving mind; Good communication skills.
