职位描述：
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead GE Wind Technology Engineering Productivity (EP) projects to optimize cost savings associated with Wind Turbine components (mechanical & electrical).
* Assist senior project engineers to manage EP projects and actions assigned to Wind CCoE team; follow global design and project processes to secure successful deliverables relative to cost savings and timeliness.
* Coordinate between local and global engineering, services, sourcing, manufacturing and finance teams for timely fulfillment of action items; support routine project reviews for progress tracking and Chief Engineer design reviews for project milestones; updating deliverables into global project tracking systems.
* Assist in solving technical questions / problems occurred during project execution regarding design / manufacturing / testing by working with local & global engineering teams.
* Participate in global activities on cost out best practice sharing, new idea generation and lessons learned study etc.
* Work with local / global engineering teams to support Wind business cost-out initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
* BS+ degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with working experience on component design, system integration, manufacturing / sourcing quality control etc.
* Proven capability to successfully manage product development / requisition projects.
* Have the design process knowledge for industrial products
* Great team working spirit and excellent communication, organizational, and project execution skills.
* Self-directed and solution-oriented, flexibility in handling a diverse and challenging workload.
* Fluent English (written & verbal) for working in a global team.
DESIRED:
* 6-Sigma GB certified (GE internal)
* MS+ advanced degree in Engineering
* Experience in wind turbine technology
* Experience dealing with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams in multi-national companies
