Typical Responsibilities
Ensure that minimum downtime is encountered by the users due to hardware or so
ftware faults
Ensure all software complies with the software copyright laws
Provide efficient and quality customer service in resolving all problems
Ensure all systems and data are protected against disasters, software viruses
or unauthorized intrusion
Manage all hardware and software resources in the company efficiently and syst
ematically
Identify opportunity areas for further development within the business unit th
at can be implemented
Prepare comprehensive evaluation study of any new technology or third party pr
oducts and technology (software and hardware) that can be implemented into the
business
Typical Position Pre-requisites:
University degree in Computer Science
1 to 3 years IST working experience in multinational companies environments
