- Position: Agency - Office / Retail / Industrial / Residential (Multiple Positions Available)
Main Responsibilities
• To work closely with the Head of Agency Division, and other staff members within the respective teams and elsewhere in Knight Frank, to professionally represent the interests of our company, its clients and prospective new clients, in the facilitation of their property requirements in Beijing.
• Assisting in the identification and development of new business opportunities, managing those relationships and maintaining highest quality customer service delivery to customers.
Requirements:
• An outgoing personality, preferably with experience in a sales and results driven working environment.
• A willingness to learn and work within a team environment
• Previous experience working within a property consultancy or related field preferable although not essential.
• University degree in real estate, business management, sales and marketing or other related fields preferable although not essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin – other languages an advantage (Japanese, German, French or Spanish)
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent use of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop etc.)
• Self-confident, honest, outgoing, hardworking, with strong team-work spirit, well presented
• Willing to work over time and over the weekends
• Willing to travel within China upon Company requirements and Client demands
