IAN”

- Job tasks: handle Purchase Orders (PO) from Canadian clients: receive initia
l POs and start the logistical follow-up (start of production follow-up; sendi
ng of PO related documents to manufacturers – to clients –to company Account
ing; follow-up the sending of the payments’ documents; follow-up the sending
of shipping documents; store all electronic documents in company’s database;
etc)

- EDUCATION: INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE/TRADE; INCLUDING SHIPPING LOGISTICS; SHIPP
ING DOCUMENTS; IMPORT AND EXPORT

- Excellent command of English: speaking and writing; (example: CET 6 preferre
d)

- Good at using Microsoft software especially Outlook and Excel

- Good communication and social skills with both local Chinese people and fore
igners; professional and polite

- Be detailed and organized under work pressure and challenges; Hardworking
