职位描述: Goals/Mission:
- Standardization and harmonization of handling procedures for internal controlling/ managing, support enforcement of company regulations; acting as the central interface between sales colleagues, Chinese customers, RCM and all SLC infrastructure depts.
Working Partners / Contacts:
- Iternal: sales, BAs, RCM and all SLC infrastructure depts;External: Chinese customer
Tasks:
- Cost center management in selling cost control up to defined business needs.
- Negotiate and prepare bidding/contract terms and conditions by providing commercial solutions, limit legal/financial risks and obedience of Siemens internal regulations.
- Strictly implement standard process and business policy with high customer satisfaction
- Deal with customer about any kind of commercial problems and contribute/coordinate solutions.
- Improve asset management by reducing A/R & inventory.
- Support enforcement of company regulations within related sales department.
- Deal with related accounting issues.
- Cost year end review and planning for responsible departement.
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Job Language:EN
Knowledge/Languages:
- International Trade & Local Trade.
- Contract law knowledge & Bidding knowledge.
- Brief Finance & Accounting.
- Deep SAP in MM, SD.
- Good office software knowledge.
- Experience in contract negotiation.
- Good command of English in both written and spoken.
