职位描述: Role Description:
This position will be part of the primary Finance Business Partner for China R&D (including MSN, ATC, or other R&D groups as necessary) departments in the country. The primary objective of the position is to support with related Partners in setting up and optimizing current R&D Finance process and Cost Structure to ensure best support to Business Partner, provide regular Finance analysis/insight to China business partners, helping in establishing International R&D China Finance Process and Reporting Process.
The position is located in Beijing, China and involves working with local subsidiary Finance and Business Group contacts in GCR.
Key Job Elements:
Provide day-to-day financial support to business groups in China R&D area timely and thoroughly, particularly in accounting process, monthly closing process.
Work closely with his/her Manager in implementing and improving an adequate/efficient accounting/country process in R&D China.
Create, analyze and present financial data/intelligence in a format that aids in productive decision making.
Providing business support for key decisions or initiatives within China R&D functions that have an economic impact or other matters of interest to business partners.
Help BGs with the management of the annual planning, mid-year review and re-organization processes for responsible R&D groups.

This person has frequent contact with all levels of Microsoft Managers and employees in differing cultural and business environments in the product development and localization areas.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a degree in accounting or finance, with strong experiences in financial planning and analysis in a multinational environment. Additional business experience in Finance tools/websites tools is considered a plus. A CPA or MBA is preferred.
This is a position that requires extensive interaction with different R&D China BGs, and other international subsidiaries thus strong English speaking and writing skills are required. Excellent cross-border organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communications skills are also required. Past experience or a strong demonstrable ability to apply these skills and operate in overseas environments is a must. Direct experience of or a demonstrable understanding of business practices and the geo-political, cultural and economic environments in the East Asia region.
While some support will be provided, a successful candidate will also need to demonstrate integrity, discipline and ability to show initiative, work to deadlines, take responsibility, be a team player and work independently as dictated by the nature of the work.
