- 1. Prepare monthly closing of the books for the companies. In this included the monthly reporting.
2. Prepare the consolidating quarterly reporting.
3. Ensure that all bookings generated by the processes are done properly and according to applicable rules; this implies:
- - definition and control of Axapta/ Navision generated bookings.
- - Periodic closing bookings in GL (including FA).
- - Ad hoc booking in GL.
- - Reconciliation of all journals and sub-administration with GL.
4. Manages the production of the data to be used by the official accounting system for local reporting.
5. All other related tasks for the above.
PM: content function Nancy:
- - expenses administration and control.
- - A/P and payments (see notes)
- - Daily bank and cash administration (no authority)
- - A/R and collections (see notes).
Notes: the two following responsibilities will be developed in the future only (new FICE) and with the limitations as described:
- - A/R function doesn’t include credit control. It is more a passive function consisting in making sure the customer’s payments are timely booked, turning out the debtors lists, sending reminders. Credit control will be exercised by operational managers, with authorizations for exceeding limits to be given by the GM; Reminders per telephone and visits to be done by operational and sales managers.
- - A/P function doesn’t include purchasing COS items, sourcing and logistics, reception and matching.

The organisation
HDW Hagenuk Marine Electronics Shanghai Co., Ltd (HHME) was founded in 2005 and is located in Nanhui (Shanghai). HHME is a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise of HDW Hagenuk Germany. The primarily goal is to support the European offices in the assembly and production of maritime equipement, such as switchboards, power distribution panels and bridge consoles. Also support in sales to shipyards and shipowners, as well as on board commissioning is being supplied by HHME.
Product development (integrated bridges, motion control and electrical propulsion), system design (E-power and automation systems) is concentrated in Netherlands. IMO抯 workshop facilities are set up in Germany, the Netherlands and now recently in Shanghai..
In 2007 HHME should employe approximately 100 people.
