velopment is looking for a project coordinator to assist daily assessment oper
ations. Applicants should hold at least 2 years working experiences in adminis

Position: Project Coordinator
Report to: Assessment Practice Area Champion
Interacting with other functions: Actively involved in communicating, coordina
ting and liaising with all functions, consultants and staff.
Job Purpose:
Support consultants on various client projects. This position requires well-de
veloped organizational skills and a highly professional appearance and demeano
r. This position partners with a team of consultants to provide operational, a
dministrative, and logistical support for all client projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Responding to client and consultant/client manager requests for various kin
ds of project scheduling such as assessment centers, coaching and workshops pr
ojects.
2. Provide logistic support for various assessment centers, coaching, 360, and
workshops projects
3. Oversee the coordination and smooth execution of the entire assessment cent
er processes.
4. Process and compile assessment center data, input the data into SPSS as nee
ded for research purpose.
5. Act as a test administrator in assessment centers and workshops projects.
Liaise with consultants and clients, ensure quality and timeliness of delivery
to clients.
6. Coordinate with Financial team on invoicing.
7. Troubleshoot and provide immediate assistance for client issues.
8. Provide other assisting services such as negotiating with clients, educatin
g clients, building relationships with clients.
Job Specifications:
1. Bachelor Degree Preferred
2. At least 2 years of project management and/or administrative experiences
3. Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & SPSS)
4. Well-developed organizational, planning and follow-up skills
5. Excellent telephone etiquette
6. Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
