Honeywell --Shanghai Sensors Lab--open positons 发信站: 饮水思源 (2007年02月25日13:35:07 星期天) Position 1: EE Scientist (one) 1. Design and implement prototype electronics circuits. 2. Propose and set up test instruments for solid state device characterization s 3. Generate new research ideas/concepts to expand the lab research fields in t he interests of Honeywell business. 4. Support other research projects 5. Organize joint research programs with internal & external partners. Qualifications: 1. MS/BS EE or microelectronics 2. 3+ year exp., familiar with circuit designs, some analog experience is high ly recommended. 3. Experience in PCB board level integration 4. Good English skills in writing and speaking 5. Good communicator and team player Position II. Material Scientist (One) 1. Provide technical leadership to insure the on-time delivery of research pro ject objectives. 2. Research and develop magnetic materials/devices and/or material surface eng ineering for targeted applications 3. Identify and resolve key technology problems through innovations and collab orations. 4. Independently research solutions for challenging technical difficulties. 5. Generate new research ideas/concepts and write research proposals in a crea tive and interdisciplinary team environment. 6. Support joint research programs with internal & external partners. Qualifications: 1. Ph.D. in material science, solid state physics or other related fields focu sing on magnetic materials, nano-material, and/or surface engineering. 2. Familiar with material characterization techniques, such as SEM, XPS, Auger , AFM, etc. 3. Working experience is a plus 4. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Chinese and English 5. Good communicator and team player 6. Work smart to deliver results position III. Device Scientist(One) 1. Provide technical leadership to insure the on-time delivery of research pro ject objectives. 2. Research and develop novel devices for targeted applications in magnetic se nsing, MEMS based actuators/sensors, bio sensing etc. 3. Identify and resolve key technology problems through innovations and collab orations. 4. Independently research solutions for challenging technical difficulties. 5. Generate new research ideas/concepts and write research proposals in a crea tive and interdisciplinary team environment. 6. Support joint research programs with internal & external partners. Qualifications: 1. PhD degree with majors in solid state device physics, micro-electronics, EE or related fields. 2. Working experience in compound semiconductor materials/devices and Si based devices is highly appreciated. 3. Familiar with material and device characterization methodologies. 4. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Chinese and English 5. Demonstrated ability to set and achieve aggressive goals and targets; to co nduct original research and work both independently, and in teams. 6. High energy with passion for excellence.
