Position:Ticketing Coordinator
Number of Positions: 1
Schedule: March 1 to April 21, 2007
Monday through Friday, plus Sunday
09:30 to 19:30 or as scheduled
Qualification:
Strong Spoken English
Responsibilities:
Ticketing Coordinator for concert events
Handle ticket inquiries and orders in Chinese and English
Track all orders in ticketing database and print invoices
Process orders using ticketing system and courier service
Generate daily reports reflecting CWE and total event sales
Support ticket promotions with marketing team
Work on-site at the Shanghai concerts (March 27, March 31, April 16)
Meet people, learn something new, have fun
