以下是他给的Job description 

LOOKING FOR FREELANCE PROGRAMMER WEB/WAP/SMS

MISSION:    -     Develop application for mobile phone, WEB/WAP/SMS, based
on Windows OS  and SQL Server database.
-   For SMS, the application will be delivered to Mobile Users via a third
party short code. The interface (HTTP based connection) to connect to the th
ird
 party short code must also be developed.
WORKTIME:   -     Flexible.
-  The programmer can work from home with his/her own schedule, but with
frequent meetings with the project manager.
MISSION START:  -     As soon as possible. Mission should be completed
within
 6 – 8 weeks.
(exact timing to be agreed upon between Programmer and Project Manager, acco

rding to Programmer’s availability).
REQUIREMENTS:   -    Master WAP/SMS programming
-   Able to communicate in english
-   Able to follow time-targets
