- Essential
Character Set: • Highly motivated and strong initiative;
• Excellent Leadership, communication & analytical skills;

Essential Skills Set: • General orientation and understanding of the Chinese and global internet market;
• Strong sense of customer oriented service and teamwork;
• Bachelor degree or above (preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field);
• Local Chinese;
• Good oral and written English;
• Native Mandarin;
Desirable Requirements: • Previous experience in sales of web-related products is a major advantage;
Job Responsibilities: • Develop strategies and manage prospecting process of new clients, including sales database and sales lead follow-up;
• Determine Sales quotas;
• Create initial contacts with potential clients and maintain relations with existing clients;
• Responsible for the sales of the company’s services (online and offline);
• Recruitment, training and managing of salespersons;
• Work closely with the marketing team to jointly define marketing strategy;
• Develop and manage sales plans and strategies for specific services;

优先考虑: • 有网络相关产品销售经验为佳；
工作职责: • 制定策略,寻找新客户：管理销售数据库和售后服务;
• 决定销售定额;
• 发掘潜在客户并和现有客户保持良好关系;
• 负责公司的线上和线下服务产品销售；
• 销售人员的招聘，培训及管理；
• 与营销小组密切合作制订营销策略;
• 制定，管理销售计划和特殊服务策略;
