招聘职位 如下:


Communication Algorithm Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. ADSL algorithm study, including G.992.1, G.992.2, G.992.3, G.992.4, G.992.5, G.994.1, G.997.1, TR048, TR067 and local market standards
2. ADSL firmware code compose, optimize, test and maintain
3. Function and performance verification offline and online
4. Interoperability and communication with various COs and ISPs

Qualifications:

1. MSEE with 3+ years development experience
2. Must have an extensive knowledge of communication algorithm and system design/verification.
3. Working experience in developing digital communication system
4. Master matlab tool
5. Good knowledge of ADSL or WLAN protocols is desirable
6. Basic requirements: C and C++ programming experience.
Excellent communications skills and excellent team player.
Fluent English in writing and verbal.
Capable of analyzing issues, curious about details, self-motivated and not afraid to take initiatives.

Digital IC Backend Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation of complex digital circuits for DSL product line. This includes logic synthesis, DFT, STA, chip level floorplanning, Placing&Routing, Parasitic extraction and physical verification, etc.
2. Work with frontend designer to tune the performance of the design, and support test engineer to create and implement the test strategy.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
2. Familiar with the design flow of complex high-speed digital IC; Proven silicon success is perferable.
3. Familiar with the EDA tools for backend design(Synopsys and Magma).
4. Excellent communications skills and excellent team player.
5. Fluent English in writing and verb

Digital IC Frontend Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Design and verification of complex digital circuits for DSL product line. This includes block level SystemC or RTL coding and verification, chip level RTL coding and verification, chip prototyping and performance tuning etc.
2. Support engineer with chip debugging, failure analysis, characterizations and product release efforts.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
2. Familiar with the design flow of complex high-speed digital IC
3. Proven silicon success is perferable.
4. Familiar with the EDA tools for frontend design(Synopsys and Cadence).
5. Excellent communications skills and excellent team player.
6. Fluent English in writing and verbal.
