Principal/Senior Member of Technical Staff 2007/02/28

KEY OBJECTIVE
- Contribute to expertise to APAC support/consultant teams to make our key customers satisfy our products and services
- Perform function, NLS and regression testing for Oracle server products: Database, Fusion Middleware and Grid Control. Working with Oracle Japan and global development teams closely to delivery Oracle server products quality in a high quality.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
·Work with APAC support/consultant teams to find root cause of issues and provide expertise solution to customers.
·Communicate with internal and external teams to make customers’ issue get solved.
·Design and implement installation/regression test suites for the products.
·Execute test suites on various OS environment to discover defects in the products.
·Cooperate with global development teams to tack and fix the bugs.
·Evaluate new feature of products and writing relevant document

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING
·BS or above in computer science or equivalent
·Rich Oracle DBA supporting work experience, RAC experience will be a big plus.
·Extensive knowledge with Linux, cluster ware and storage management.
·Be good at Java programming.
·Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
·Exhibits good project planning and time management skills
·Good English communication skills, CET 6 or equivalent.
·Japanese Language skilled people will be a plus.
·Self-Motivated, creative and responsible.
·Good team player
