Job Description:

1.  Analyze system and components of products, printed circuit boards; design,

3.  Enable global product project. Set up manufacturing process and manage upd
ates with sufficient documentation.
4.  Provide strong production support. Use 6-sigma and lean concepts to improv
e productivity of existing processes, tooling, product reliability and quality

Qualification:

1.      Holds a master degree in electrical engineering, computer science or e
quivalent.
2.      Educational and practical experience in hardware & software designs.

3.      Experience in designing layout for analog and digital boards, understa
nding of PCA schematics.
4.      Strong analytical problem solving skills.
Demonstrates effectiveness with interpersonal skills and interfacing with loca
l and global teams.
5.      Willing to ask questions, learn new skills and be an active learner.

6.      Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
7.      High initiative, self motivated.

Wants:
1.      Demonstrated proficiency of programming with VEE, VB and C.
2.      Programming experience on embedded real-time operating systems (RTOS)*

Job Description:

Primary Function:
Be a key player in an organization that is a market leader in delivering innov
ative technologies, solutions, and services in the Life Sciences and Chemical 
Analysis industries.
1.      Program/Project Management Lead' for strategic inbound supply chain pr
ocess development, deployment, and improvement as approved by LSCA Global Proc
urement Leadership team and in alignment with committed operational plan initi
atives.
2.      Provides consulting/support resource to LSCA  procurement managers and
 team members in areas of program management expertise, including data and pro
cess analysis, identification of improvement opportunities and recommended act
ions.
3.      Works effectively across the LSCA WW Procurement materials organizatio
n to lead, advise and align the management team, procurement staff and assigne
d project resources in support of defined program/project initiatives.
4.      Leads the development, implementation and active monitoring, where req
uired, of specific process measures in support of defined business fundamental
s.
5.      Monitors industry best practices in assigned  inbound supply chain are
as of responsibility.

Qualifications:

1.      Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology, 
with a focus in supply chain, material science or a closely related area of in
terest.
2.      Strong PC/computer skills with excellent  understanding of Microsoft O
ffice or similar applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
3.      Multi-language skills, with business English required.
4.      Strong teamwork, collaboration and written/verbal communication skills
.
5.      Some experience or a prior internship position in a procurement/supply
 chain assignment, or similar business area is highly desirable.

士生)

Job Description:

1.      Ensure that purchased parts meet divisional objectives including quali
ty, reliability, cost and product safety.
2.      Be the quality focal point for supplier activities directed toward pro
cess control and quality assurance of sourcing parts. Monitor and drive improv
ement in performance of the suppliers' technology and quality programs (Six si
gma, PPAP, SPC etc)
3.      Evaluate and select suppliers based upon their ability to design, and 
the capability of their processes to manufacture parts that meet divisional ne
eds.
4.      Assist suppliers in developing unique process capabilities to match un
ique design requirements.

Qualifications:

1.      Master degree in Material or Mechanical Engineering (graduate in 2008)

2.      Basic skill of using AutoCAD
3.      Excellent Team Player and communication skills, strong analytical prob
lem solving skills.
4.      Strong verbal and written English communication skills
