Responsibilities
- Support our purchasing team with your expertise knowledge.
- Conduct code of conduct audits on site at our suppliers.
- Perform risk assessments and research of supplier's code of conduct historical records from secondary sources.
- Support our suppliers in development activities.
- Report to the team leader of our code of conduct compliance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from university (preferable in legal, finance, engineering or environmental studies)
- Knowledge in supply chain management and auditing.
- Understanding of Chinese labor, health and safety, and environmental laws.
- Knowledge of the field of Corporate Social responsibility (CSR).
- Good language and communication skills (Mandarin and English).
- High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness.
