复旦大学思科俱乐部拟定意向发布暨核心会员与实习生招募
思科公司是全球网络界和应用方案的领导者。　思科中国研发中心积极寻求增进与高校
与研究组织的合作，推动理论和技术的发展，鼓励科研创新，为学生走向社会提供技术
平台。
随着时代的发展，网络及其相关技术对世界的影响越来越大，大学生中学习网络技术，
乃至希望在此行业开始自己职业生涯的人也越来愈多。在此背景下，复旦大学有关部门
， 思科系统（中国）网络技术有限公司、思科系统（中国）研发有限公司、思科网络技
术学院拟共同发起，于今年４月成立复旦大学思科俱乐部。
拟定宗旨与特色
俱乐部的宗旨：
以思科先进的网络技术为纽带，加深企业与学生的沟通；成为企业回报社会、人材培养
的桥梁，学生接触新技术、新管理理念的窗口。
俱乐部的特色：
    由思科中国研发中心统一制定章程、参与标准、管理流程，定制考核机制
    与思科公司有密切合作，拥有广阔的交流前景和机会
    依托思科网络技术学院，提供专业的培训
    提供更为专业的IT职业发展和创业指导
    协助组织到思科中国研发中心参与实习的申请及考核
    俱乐部的管理由核心会员执行，核心会员经思科中国研发中心统一任命（具体章程
、流程等另行公布）
拟定核心会员标准
    计算机、电子电气工程、通信工程、信息安全、软件开发以及相关专业研究生在读
或者高年级本科生
    熟悉网络知识，参与通过Cisco CCNA或更高级别的Cisco认证课程优先考虑
    乐于参与学生活动，乐于参与思科俱乐部的各项活动，进行团队合作
    有良好的英语阅读能力及较强的学习研究能力

1. Job Title: CRDC System/Tools Developer Intern
Job Description: 
Take on short-term responsibility for designing, developing and maintaining 
cross-team collaboration project apps, and/or other corporate BU directed 
web development projects. The duration of the job will be three months or 
more, with minimum 3 working days per week. 
Job Requirements:
1. Solid knowledge and experience in PHP, mysql and Apache & demonstrated 
programming skills.
2. Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
3. Knowledge of shell script development, familiar with UNIX environment 
(optional).
4. Ability to create Web Graphics and UI, and create pages for departments 
and projects, and develop interactive databases / services on the Intranet.
5. A highly motivated individual with excellent verbal and written skills 
in English. 
6. Ability to work independently in a team environment.
7. Bachelor's degree or above in engineering related majors, such as 
Computer Science, Communications, or Information Systems, preferred.

2. CRDC Webmaster Intern
Job Description: 
Takes on short-term responsibility for designing, developing and 
maintaining the Cisco (China) R&D Center's internal and external websites, 
the team collaboration project apps, and/or other corporate BU directed web 
development projects. The duration of the job will be three months or more, 
with minimum 3 working days per week. 
Job Requirements:
1. Solid knowledge and experience in PHP, mysql and Apache.
2. Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS.
3. Ability to create Web Graphics and UI, and create pages for departments 
and projects, and develop interactive databases / services on the Intranet.
4. Ability to multi task proactively & function effectively in a fast paced 
environment and demonstrated flexibility.
5. A highly motivated individual with excellent verbal and written skills 
in English, perfect communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Job Title: Web GUI Developer Intern
Job Description: 
A web designer who takes on short-term responsibility for designing and 
developing the CRDC Security software's web GUI. The duration of the job 
will be six months or more, with minimal 3-4 working days per week.
Job Requirements:
0. Majors in Computer Science, Artistic Design or Software Engineering are 
preferred.
1. Familiar with Java, MVC, and AJAX.
2. Familiar with HTML, CSS, DHMTL, JavaScript, JSP and Struts is a plus.
3. Ability to do highly creative work.
4. Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Firework and Dreamweaver is 
a plus.
5. Strong Proficiency in Web design principles is a plus.
6. Strong time/priority management skills. 
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
8. Highly motivated and diligent.
9. Ability to work independently and in a team environment both efficiently 
an courteously.
4. Job Title: Test Engineer Intern
Job Description: 
Cisco Systems (China) R&D Center is recruiting interns to help in the 
software testing process. You will be working with experienced engineers of 
software development and testing to ensure the world-class quality of Cisco 
VoIP products.

Job Requirements:
1. Engage in the process of software development test, system test and 
sustaining test.
2. Responsible for creating, debugging and refining automation scripts used 
in software patch testing and regression.
3. Working on softswitch products and solutions, setting up and 
troubleshooting complicated testbeds.
4. Working closely with developers to solve discovered software bugs, and 
ensure the time of product release.
Additional Job Requirements:
1. Available immediately, and able to work 4 days a week for 6 months
2. Expert in Unix and C Programming
3. Familiar with TCL and other scripting languages
4. Knowledge of networking concepts and tools, IOS operations
5. Knowledge of ISUP, Q-SIG, SIP, H.323, and various voice protocols
6. Majored in Telecommunication, CS, EE, and other IT related majors 
preferred.
7. Highly motivated and with good communication skills in Mandarin and 
English, oral and written
8. Able to work independently and in a team environment efficiently.
9. Highly responsible. Attention to detail and be willing to learn various 
new technologies.
 
5. Job Title: Application Developer Intern in Linksys
Job Description:
1. Create applications for embedded modules according to software 
architecture and product marketing requirements
2. Analyze customer requirements and Telco RFP's, and contribute to product 
requirements specifications
3. As needed, support technical marketing group in answering questions and 
facility effective communication with key customers for pre and post sales 
support.
Job Requirements:

Overview and Objective:  
o Practical development experience with C, C++, and JAVA and be able to 
articulate the strengths and weaknesses of each development language and 
understand how best to utilize it. (Additional development expertise with 
Visual Basic, TCL/TK, COM/DCOM, MFC, ActiveX, Java/Swing, C#, PERL, PHP, 
Python, SQL or .NET will be an asset) 
o Good object oriented design skills 
o The ability to effectively communicate with all team members and with the 
management team on design decisions and issues 
o Candidate must possess an expert command of industry-standard word 
processing and document development software as well as web-based tools. 
(Frame maker, Acrobat, Visio, MS Office) 
Education: Masters Degree
Programming Language: Experience in C and C++ is required. Candidates must 
have experience with object-oriented modeling and software design, and 
embedded systems development.
OS Platforms: Experience in either VxWorks or embedded Linux is required. 
Embedded Linux experience is preferred.
Networking knowledge: Candidates must understand the functionality of OSI 
Model, and TCP/IP stack protocols.  Must be capable of developing network 
applications using the standard socket interface.  Must have knowledge of 
protocol stack design and decoding, state machines, operating system 
primitives.

6. Job Title: Embedded Developer Intern in Linksys
Job Description:
Your primary task is to take a unit-tested embedded solution, which has 
been tested on either another hardware platform or a simulated environment, 
and port it to a different/new hardware platform. This porting process may 
involve different levels of integration and customization. In addition to 
working with the BSP (Board Support Package), you may need to modify the 
drivers and other system software during the integration process. You will 
also be required to develop functional modules for the purpose of 
customization. You may need to design testing systems in coordination with 
other team members, create and execute automated test scripts using defined 
standards and best practices, and analyze the testing result and manage the 
bug report.
Job Requirements:
Overview and Objective:  To be part a part of a team with the market leader 
in providing broadband networking equipment to service providers.  To be a 
significant contributor to providing embedded software for this equipment, 
by systematically porting and customizing embedded software solutions to 
various hardware platforms, and developing market leading features to 
maintain and extend our lead position.
Education: Masters Degree 
Programming Language: Experience in C and C++ is required. Candidates must 
have experience with object-oriented modeling and software design, and 
embedded systems development.
OS Platforms: Experience in either VxWorks or embedded Linux is required.

methodology and quality assurance (QA) flow. Experience with testing script 
languages such ad tcl/tk/perl is preferred. Automation experience is a plus.
