as a result of the vision and ambition of Stanley K.K. Chan.   Having worked

Real Estate Investment Agency

Our Investment Agency Team offers solutions for a wide variety of clients 
seeking real estate investment in Shanghai. The group boasts extensive 
experience in attracting overseas funding and working jointly with 
government and local corporations to effectively promote our clients 
projects. We provide a "one-stop" service ranging from land investment to 
project construction and building, project strategic planning and sales.

Investment Research & Consultancy

The Research and Consultancy Department of Stanley & Partners has expanded 
over its three years of industry experience. We currently offer consulting 
services in 5 areas: finance consulting service, asset appraisal, land 
tender consulting, town planning and district zoning consulting, and 
project feasibility and planning consulting. The group clients include 
major domestic and overseas funds, investment banks, and developers; in 
addition to local and municipal government entities.

Stanley & Partners research and consulting team provides up-to-date market 
intelligence from its comprehensive proprietary database. We apply 
scientific methodologies coupled with years of industry experience to 
analyze, identify and capitalize on profitable real estate opportunities. 
Major international and local developers and investors seek our assistance 
in performing a variety of studies and consulting services. Recently, in 
order to provide further depth and wider scope, the research and consulting 
team has opened a Beijing office, in addition to its Shanghai head office.

Position: part-time
Scope of job responsibilities in Department of Investment Agency or 
Department of Investment Research & Consultancy:
--studies data collection, analysis and summary, be able to improve the 
veracity and validity of data collection;
--provides necessary data and technical supports for each project;
--manages assignments with translation, inspection and publication for 
daily news, lectures and each research reports;
--be able to apply market research analysis and data to operation of 
investment projects efficiently.

Scope of job requirements:
We only recruit foreigners form the USA and the UK.
Others:
--education: minimum of Bachelors in Finance, Architecture, Real Estate, 
News or Economics;
--strong abilities in data collection, analysis and summary;
--good team player with great attitude;
--ability to solve problems, make decisions, and apply good judgment;
--able to complete assignments under strong pressure.
