Summary of job duties and responsibilities:
Form part of the central team of HR based in Shanghai supporting the whole of China in general human resource management programs.Perform HR services such as recruitment and HRIS system maintenance.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for recruitment and selection with the aim to obtain high quality manpower to keep pace with business expansion
2.Participate in the recruitment process (internal posting, external souring though newspaper/internet/job market/headhunter, CV screening and conduct interview
3.Work closely with HR agencies for employee recruitment formality handling
4.Co-operate with service agencies on C&B issue and Contract related review and extension etc.
5.Maintain staff information records and personal documents, in HRIS system and P-file on a timely basis, systematically.
6.To assist the line manager in fulfilling other HR tasks as requested.

1.A self-motivated, energetic team player with business acumen, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
2.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must and able to interact with all levels, customers, vendors and suppliers.
3.Able to deliver results under tight deadlines.
4.Able to work independently, highly motivated and result oriented
Experience/qualifications requirements:
1. College diploma holder or above
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and process management skills;
3. High integrity, action orientated; Able to work independently and in a team
4. Good English in both written and spoken is MUST.
