Mission
To Serve As a Primary Pipeline for Sales Professional for Cooper China

Objective
To Accelerate the Development of Sales-Savvy Talent Through a Structured Progr
am Combining Entry Level Education, Rotational Assignments and Interactive Sem
inars.

Program Summary
Duration: 2 Years
Targeted Participants: Fresh graduates, Entry level professionals with < 2 Yr 
experience
Rotations: Three 8-Month Assignments
            Rotate Through 2~3 Different Product Segments       
Goal: Business Acumen, Sales Competency, Technical Knowledge
Locations: Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong
Launch: Mar.2007       

- Every activity is focused on building the skills and competencies to make th
e new team member a productive and effective sales member in the Regional Sale
s Teams.

- Three phases each consisting of business sponsored training, rotational assi
gnment, networking activities.

Phase 1  
August 07– June 08
Orientation/Intensive Training
1st Assignment Complete

Phase 2
July 08– February 09
2nd Assignment Complete

Phase 3
March 09– September 09
3rd Assignment Complete
