Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for system management application development, working with world 
wide labs from requirement clarification, design, coding, testing and document
 writing. 

Job Requirements (skills/experiences):
1. Excellent Java/Web programming skill 
2. Extensive knowledge and working experience in J2EE web application developm
ent, deep skills on jsp, servlet, xml, javascript and css programming 
3. Familiar with Eclipse, CVS, Junit, Ant, etc. 
4. Experience in JSF/Ajax programming is a plus 
5. Knowledge or experience on IBM systems (pServer, BladeServer, xServer,
Storage, ect) is a plus. 
6. Good communication skills in English 
7. Good team player 

Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates):
Master/Bachelor or above degree, major in Computer Science or equivalent.
