职位描述: Responsibilities
1. Identify and plan tasks, make sure the planning of projects, coordinate and regulate all tasks.
2. Use the Engineering’s department internal procedures and methods to be informed of progress of projects, anticipate, identify and resolve potential problems
3. Estimates the cost of service, and establishes and negotiates the price of the Engineering Department services
4. Implement company’s engineering rules and standards to regulate projects; analyse and identifies the technical challenges and find out solutions
5. Identifies the interlocutors, the roles and the involvement and formalized the patterns of decision and communication; communicate with clients, internal team members and Line managers about the projects
6. Takes an active role in watching he Engineering Department environment evolutions
7. Contributes to the new projects for which he is solicited
8. Coach the team in Engineering Department
Requirements
-Good knowledge and understanding of the food industry
-Engineer background with a preference for kitchen engineering background
-Communication & animation skills with at least both languages (English and Chinese).
-Design expertise (autocad or equivalent software abilities)
-Imagination and creativity
-Ability to analyze and to synthesize.;
-Leadership in project management
-Team player
