职位描述: Responsibility:
Office administration support
Administer the on-boarding procedure of new-hires of PTD M China to ensure new employees have gone through the entire on-boarding process.
Support new-hires of PTD M China in their integration into the organization and administer initial trainings.
Support the PTD China Minhang Campus HR organization in their daily operation.
Requirement:
College degree or above, major in HR, English or related;
大专或以上学历,人力资源、英语或相关专业;
Good command of both written and spoken English; knowledge of Germany language is preferred;
良好的英语说写能力,懂德语优先。
Good command of computer skills including word, excel, etc.
熟练操作电脑及办公软件
Good communication skill and strong responsibility, teamwork spirit;
良好的人际沟通能力,工作认真负责,具有团队合作精神;
Related working experiences preferred;
有相关工作经验优先。
