1	Job Description
The intern will work for Ericsson R&D Shanghai Innovation Program. The tasks i
nclude:
a)	Technical investigations and researches on some specific innovation idea re
lated to emerging technologies and standards. 
b)	Prototype development 
c)	Building the test and demo Environment
The intern student will work in the office for at least 32 hours per week.
The duration could be from 3 months to 9 months.

3	What you can learn:

4	The Criteria
a)	First of all, curiosity and eagerness to know the new technologies is manda
tory. 
b)	Initiative to undertake the study and dare to try
c)	The graduate and undergraduate students in Computer Science or Telecom are 
preferred.
d)	Coding skill and experiences in Java and C++
e)	Working experiences in Multi-media related projects or products
f)	The development experiences on mobile phone are preferable.
g)	Knowledge on XML and related programming
h)	Knowledge on network programming, e.g. TCP , HTTP
i)	Knowledge on CORBA, SOAP,  Web Services, etc
j)	Knowledge on OOAD and UML
