职位描述: 岗位职责:
1.协助采购部门完成各项辅助工作;
2.负责相关统计工作,制作各类报告及报表;
3.负责处理公司采购部与供应商的沟通事宜;
4.负责公司内部协调与其他部门的联系工作;
5.其他临时交办的工作。
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.All kinds of assistant works;
2.Responsible for statistics and reports.
3.communication between paurchasing department and suppliers.
4.communication between paurchasing department and other departments within the company.
5.Other temporary works.
任职资格:
1.大专及以上学历,欢迎素质优秀的实习生;
2.诚实,勤奋,有条理,有较强的协调沟通能力;
3.具有良好的组织能力和团队协作精神,积极主动,办事效率高,工作责任心强;
4.英文良好;
5.熟练使用办公软件,如:EXCEL,WORD,PPT等。
