Position Profile
InterChina Consulting:
• InterChina is a specialist in strategy and corporate consulting in China. The company was established 12 years ago, and now has 50 people based out of 3 operations offices in China (Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen) and 2 liaison offices in Europe (Madrid and Milan).
• InterChina is structured in three business practices (Strategy, Corporate and Human Resources) and a number of support functions. One of these support functions is the InterChina InfoCenter, a team of researchers and analysts who provide both specific content and full deliverables that are used in InterChina’s marketing, business development and project execution activities.
Position: Project Assistant – Information Center
Report to: InfoCenter Manager
Job Summary:
• Support the activities of information structure and development.
• Support the production of presentations and reports, covering market sectors such as automotives, machine tools, power generation, chemicals, steel and telecommunications.
• Specific responsibilities as follows:
• Search, consolidate and analyze information upon requested
• Short reports writing (general briefing for specific sectors)
• Existing information (and sources) management
• Document & presentations formatting
• Support consultant team
• Information Center management (Intranet/Library).
• Resource management administration.
• Market observation.
• Internal promotion of the InfoCenter (internal survey, proactive follow up etc).
Requirements:
• Candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:
• Batchelor’s Degree in English, Foreign Economics.
• Fresh graduate is welcomed.
• Excellent administrative, organizational and communications skills.
• Excellent English.
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
• Competent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Candidates should have the following qualities:
