职位描述: Position Description:
This is a learning consultancy role with important business group in Nokia China.
Main Responsibility Areas:
Is responsible for a dedicated learning service portfolio for planning, delivery, implementation and evaluation of HRD services derived from global strategies.
Work closely with Area HR to ensure that local line management understands and supports implementation of global HRD strategies.
Provide services and solutions to key site specific HRD needs for dedicated audience whilst ensuring that global HRD solutions are utilized whenever possible. Acts as an integrator combining the cluster solutions into a meaningful package relevant to the area.
Facilitate local discussions on site specific HRD needs together with area HR and communicate these needs to relevant global cluster partners to ensure that cluster portfolios reflect local needs.
Monitor and control costs closely in his/her own delivery portfolio
Key Tasks:
Contributes to the development of HRD capabilities in the designated role
Analyzes the demand for assigned Cluster Learning Portfolio and articulates the delivery plan
Is responsible for the planning of all solutions in assigned area:
Financial planning and responsibility in own competence area deliveries
Responsible for creating and managing a comprehensive learning delivery plan for the respective area or site
Delivery Plans is fully aligned with strategic Competence and Resource Plans (CRP) of the business
Manages vendors delivering on assigned clusters and areas
Manages locally outsourced portfolios and vendors
Responsible for the possible local customization whenever approved by Cluster head.
Accountable for the delivery quality
Single point of contact for Learning Services for Area HR and Line Management for the respective competence area
In some cases may act as the trusted Learning Consultant for his/her respective business site representing the delivery needs of all Cluster Portfolios that are in demand on the respective business site
Together with Area HR Supports the deployment of HRD Services such
Provides structured feedback on local implementation of global solutions to relevant counterparts
Implements initiatives to ensure high quality PDP's in the area
Network:
Area HRD and HR, line management and other local personnel, Cluster teams, Business HRD, and local external vendors.
