REPORT TO:
Customer Solution Center Supervisor
LOCATION
Gerber Scientific （Shanghai）Co. Ltd. （上海漕河泾开发区）
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Answer incoming telephone hotline and log the service requirements from the customers in SAP system
·Dispatch service enquiries to appropriate parties
·Provide phone technical support and parts sales support
·Keep track field service engineers, equipment installation, service & preventive maintenance schedule
·Rectify complaint situation during telephone hotlines handling
·Monitor and report to management on critical customer situations
1、接听客户来电，将客户的要求输入SAP系统
2、将服务要求分配到适当的部门或相关工程师
3、负责将客户零件订购需求，及零件的派送的跟踪
4、负责跟进工程师的服务，设备安装，维护情况
5、处理客户的投诉
6、及时跟进重要客户反映的情况并汇报给相应的管理人员
REQUIREMENTS:
·Certificate, diploma, or degree in business study
·Quality of telephone manner and communication skill
·Experience in customer relationships or call center operation
·Able to work under pressure
·Able to speak fluent Cantonese
·English skills for inputting customer information and requests
1、良好的电话沟通能力和技巧
2、在处理客户关系或客户服务中心的操作上有一定的经验
3、能承受工作压力
4、能讲粤语者优先
5、具有一定的英文听，写能力
