Description
Act as C&B project lead partnering with Country TR Specialists and global/regional MADO teams to complete C&B Due Diligence and develop specific solutions to issues in assigned MADO deals. >> First pass C&B DD (data collection, analysis and clarifications on customer C&B programs). >> Provide overall guidance to Country TR teams on HR solutions on deals. >> Escalation point for Country TR teams on issues/challenges faced at country level during transition.
2) Ensures that MADO standards are adhered to. >> Global C&B guidelines, Standard HP T&Cs etc
- Highlights financial and other consequences of non - standard C&B arrangements requested by potential customers. >> To ensure that cost implications are factored into pricing of proposals.
- Develops and maintains AP C&B DD templates and governance documents. >> Country benefits matrix, valuation templates etc
- Supports and consults on Total Rewards for the Regional HR Managed Services organization on assigned MS deals.
Qualifications your profile
A degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, or a related field of study Ideally professional HR qualifications Understanding of compensation & benefits programmes Ideally working knowledge of labor laws and government regulations Basic competency with technology as it relates to Human Resources, and computer proficiency Project and/or program management ability Exceptional people skills Excellent communication skills Pragmatism and business awareness Enthusiasm for change and challenging convention Fluency in local language Ideally fluency in English
