1.Good knowledge in programming language – VB, Asp, ,
2.Good database knowledge – MS SQL server 2000, 2005
3.MS Windows Operating system: Win. XP Pro, Win.2K/2003 server, MS Active Directory Domain, etc.
4.Basic knowledge at MS SMS, WSUS and SAV tools
5.IT Infrastructure – Network, PABX, WAN/LAN ( basic router, switch knowledge), firewall
6.PC hardware, PC installation knowledge
Others:
1.College or above
2.Good English reading/written capability
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Site manufacturing system 7X24 hr support
1.Do system troubleshooting and recover the failure timely
2.Record troubleshooting log and do basic failure investigation; Assist the 2nd level support of all Global systems to seek the root cause and solution.
3.Support manufacturing system PCs and servers
4.Manage data according to RIM requirements - system backup plan and disaster recovery plan
5.Collect user’s new requirement and assess the solution.

-Tags systems
-Barmag POC system
-warehouse system, lab system
-IP21 system
-Operation reporting system
