客服呼叫中心话务员（Call Center）
岗位职责：
1．接听顾客电话，提供售前、售后业务咨询；
2．电话销售飞机票、酒店、保险、租车、度假产品等网站在线产品；
3．填制业务相关表格、发接传真；
4．负责处理顾客投诉。
职位要求：
1．工作性质：全职
2．招聘人数：10人
3．学历要求：中专以上（营销、计算机专业优先）
4．熟练应用电脑，熟悉Word、Excel等办公软件；
5．普通话标准，声音甜美，语言表达能力强，有相关话务/服务工作经验者优先；
