诚招律师助理和/或律师，任职资格要求如下：
l取得中国排名前10的法学院的法学学士（LL.B）（或以上）法学学位，有工作经验、海外工作经验和/或海外教育背景者优先考虑；
l取得法律职业资格证书；
l熟练的英语读写能力（英语六级或托福600分以上，面试时将进行英语测试）。

ZY & Partners is a well established and prominent law firm in Beijing, specializing in intellectual property rights (copyright, patent, trademark and trade secret) and international business transaction (including direct investment, international trade, etc.). We are now looking for individuals with records of outstanding personal and academic achievement to join this firm in 2007.
We have an interest in associates with the following qualifications:
l LL.B (or higher) acquired from one of the top 10 law schools in China, working experience, overseas working experience and/or overseas education background preferred;
l Chinese bar license;
l Fluent English in writing and speaking (Band 6 of CET or TOEFL 600 is a minimum; English test administered by this Firm will be given during the job interview).
Note: Please do not try if you do not meet any of the above three qualifications (simultaneously).
