The quality Consultant works with Customer, Help customer to improve their process and product
Provide professional quality consultation and quality assurance service.
Facilitate quality initiative.
Provide leadership & support to multipul projects to ensure continuous process improvement.
Implement quality management system on advanced quality standard such as CMMI/6Sigma/ITSM/PCMM/ISO9000 in software/solution delivery section.
Increase customer satisfaction by providing quality consulting service
Perform quality presentation to internal/external
Qualifications
Master's (graduate) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Math or equivalent diploma or experience.
Ability to advise and influence others over complex issues
Keen awareness of customer perceptions and competitors offerings
Excellent communication skills
Project management skills
Project quality assurance experience.
CMMI/6Sigma/ITSM/PCMM/ISO9000 skills
Research technical issues and generate creative/innovative solutions
Fluency in English and local language
