PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT/DESIGN DIRECTOR
- Strong product design and development experience in Christmas and other seasonal products
- Highly creative person sought
- Knowledge and insight into USA & European consumer tastes. Able to spot design trends.
- Strong experience working closely with China factories and an understanding of production. Exposure to developing items in different materials is a PLUS.
- Strong management skills required to manage and guide a team of company artists/drawers of multi cultures.
- Strong organizational & communication skills required
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and factories
- Frequent travel to China is a MUST.
- Strong follow-up skills and excellent attention to details
- Knowledge of computer graphic softwares – Coral Draw, Photoshop is an advantage
- Hard Working and diligent and self-motivated – able to work overtime and under pressure
- Able to travel to overseas
- Good English is a MUST, knowledge of Mandarin is definitely an advantage
