- Key Responsibilities:
-You will plan, organize and control the manufacturing operation of one of the Business Units to achieve maximum operational effectiveness and meet demanding customer deadlines.
-You will adhere to the requirements of Quality and monitor labour, wastage and downtime to improve overall efficiency.
-You will also be constantly proactive in the development of continuous improvement programmes.
Requirements:
ØEducated to degree level or equivalent you will have a proven track record of manufacturing experience in a dynamic high volume environment.
ØCandidates will be well organized and disciplined individuals with high caliber problem solving capabilities, able to work under pressure.
ØYou will possess good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
