hav good administration skills (including office systems), interpersonal skills, reasonable written English, great if good at Excel
Key tasks:
1) support AP C&B program administration and tracking, ie. mainly contact regional HR team for data /information collection, consolidation, and system entry
2) under close supervision, conduct basic compensation analysis based on pre-defined templates and tools
3) help to prepare plan documentation and mass communication material (follow certain standard)
4) other secretarial type work like meeting arrangment, draft agenda etc.
