IE Advisory Engineer Job Duties:
-Establish IE/FE related standards and push implementation to global MFG -Provide technical support and solutions according to customers requirement -Introduce advanced technologies and experiences Requirements:
-Creative Thinking:Willing and able to conceive and implement new processes, methods, and tools to improve the business, whether those changes are incremental improvements or radical, "out of box" thinking.
-Productivity Improvement Skill:be good at improve productivity through IE principles such as time study, line balance,motion analysis;
-Process Continouous Improvement
-Project Management:Ability to train, plan, check work of, and assign work to project personnel and ability to manage multiple simultaneous HR projects/program as well as other job duties, as well as the ability to work under deadline and pressure to meet business objective
-Presentation Skills:Has the good ability to present the design to managers.
-Teamwork and Cooperation:Functions as a true participative , positive "value-add" member of any work team, inside or outside IIPC. Willing to sacrifice their individual goals or measurements (or change them) for the good of the team and/or the organization if necessary.
-Passion for the Business:Demonstrates a true "heartfelt" commitment to the business and to our customers in all words and actions, inside and outside the company.
-Essential Facilities For MFG:Knowledge of basic power supply, HVAC, air-compressor and lighting systems' setup and maintenance.
-Mechanical Design Knowledge:Need necessary knowledge to discuss and work with suppliers
